Illegality of migrants in Germany ,
Working Paper 2/2005 outlines fundamental aspects of the illegality of migrants in Germany. This includes the legal framework, characterisation of the research carried out so far and the state of knowledge as to the extent, composition and circumstances of this population group. Furthermore, the points of view of political and civil society players on dealing with illegality are described and selected questions which play a major role in local practice (healthcare, sending children to school, illegal employment) are dealt with in greater detail.
