EMN Inform: The EMN's Annual report on Migration and Asylum 2018 ,
The EMN Inform on the "EMN's Annual Report on Migration and Asylum 2018" describes in compact form central developments in asylum, migration and integration policy and legislation in the EU Member States as well as at EU level in 2018. In addition, individual highlights of important statistics are presented in a European comparison. The EMN Inform is based on the results of 27 national EMN policy reports.
The Inform reflects the structure of the "EMN Annual Report on Migration and Asylum 2018" in condensed form, and covers the following topics:
- legal migration and mobility,
- international protection and asylum,
- unaccompanied minors and other vulnerable groups,
- integration and non-discrimination,
- citizenship and statelessness,
- irregular migration, migrant smuggling, border control and visa policy,
- trafficking in human beings, and
- returns.
The compact EMN Inform on the "EMN Annual Report on Migration and Asylum 2018" can be downloaded in English. The detailed description can be found in the EU-comparative "Annual Report" itself. The EMN Flash in turn provides a brief overview of individual results on one page. The Statistical Annex substantiates the reports with comparative figures. The comparative reports are only available in English. The national policy report can be downloaded in German and English.
