The results of this second Inform launched by a collaboration of the EMN and the OECD show that international students have to overcome new obstacles in order to take up their studies at a Higher Education Institution (HEI) abroad despite curfews and travel restrictions. Many EU and OECD Member States have therefore changed their national admission processes or issued relevant guidelines in cooperation with HEIs to ease the impact of the pandemic on the course of study of international students.
