The accelerated procedure for skilled workers helps companies and skilled workers from third countries to reduce the time required for the entry procedure.

The company can initiate such a procedure with the responsible immigration authority if empowered to do so by the skilled worker in question if there is a concrete job offer for € 411. The procedure for the recognition of foreign qualifications can also be accelerated in this way.

As an alternative to the accelerated procedure for skilled workers, the regular entry procedure for employment can still be selected.
