Research Projects

The Research Centre of the Federal Office conducts large numbers of research projects on migration- and integration-related topics. In line with the core tasks to be performed by the Federal Office in migration and integration, the focus is placed here on the impact that migration processes have on society. The areas covered by the research can be summarised in terms of analysis, evaluation and advice for policy-makers.

When it comes to applying scientific methods and using data, the various research projects are coordinated with or build upon one another.
