The EMN Synthesis Report: EMN Annual Report on Migration and Asylum 2019 ,
The "EMN Annual Report on Migration and Asylum 2019" describes important developments in asylum, migration and integration policy and legislation in the EU Member States and at EU level in 2019. In addition, important statistical information is included to provide a European comparison. The report is based on the results of 27 national EMN policy reports.
The "Annual Report on Migration and Asylum 2019" offers a detailed overview of the following topics:
- legal migration and mobility,
- international protection and asylum,
- unaccompanied minors and other vulnerable groups,
- integration and non-discrimination,
- citizenship and statelessness,
- border controls and visa policy,
- irregular migration and migrant smuggling,
- returns,
- trafficking in human beings,
- migration and development.
The Annual Report provides a detailed presentation of comparative results at EU level. The EMN Inform provides a shortened version, whilst the EMN Flash briefly highlights individual key results on one page. The comparative reports are available in English only. The Statistical Annex substantiates the reports with comparative figures. The national results can be found in the "Migration, Integration, Asylum in Germany 2019" Policy Report, which is available for download in German and in English.
